Bite CMS will be available late Q2 / early Q3 2010. Personal and Not For Profit licences will be released for free with corresponding licensing for commercial sites based upon expected usage. The system will be released under a non-reciprocal open source agreement (you do not have to pass back your updates), and be provided as is with no warranties.
